I dropped my car off due to me hearing a rattling noise as if something was loose. I wanted a diagnostic test done. Everyone was super friendly . They sent me home in a Lyft(paid for by them). With in a couple hours I received a call to explain what was found. I agreed to the repairs and moments later a Lyft picked me up, I went back to Paul’s Auto for a loaner car. No extra charge! The customer service from the day I entered the shop to a few weeks later has been exceptional. They have checked on me after pick up, and even sent me a card.

Even the warrenty policy is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. before we start.

THEY HAVE A LYFT PROGRAM??!! I wish i knew earlier but that is just amazing honestly. anyways, after nearly 2 years of my Catalytic Converter fix, she haunts me. But yet again, Paul's coming in to save the day. last time was 4 days in the shop, this time only took 2. INSANE skills by the mechanics. the staff, while probably over flowed with calls and being human forgot to call me back, still worked out at the end of the day. Fix was impeccable, under warranty and best believe I will be back for GENERAL SERVICES. Cant risk dropping $$$$ again 🤣

I came in because my brakes were worn and I knew things were gonna get more expensive and dangerous. I couldn’t afford to get work done that day but I at least wanted a diagnostic done so that I know what’s wrong and how much. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had affordable financing options so that I could get my car fixed that day. They also diagnosed other issues as well so I was able to see what else was wrong with my car, got an oil change and a treatment because I was overdue for an oil change. Honestly the experience was really pleasant and what really made an impact was the compassion and care they have for their customers. It was my first time here and I would trust coming here for auto repairs in the future.
