A+ Treated my family beyond well. I truly felt they weren't above and beyond other shops for a cheaper price. Can you believe they gave us a rental for a day. My vehicle is a 2008. It's not like I bought a new car from them. They really treated us good. Yes of course I had a repair bill but who else would say Hey just use our car for free.

Loved everything, EXCEPT one thing (which I’ll get to at the end).This has to be the best customer service I have ever received, not only in auto shops, but any business. Because of my work hours, most of my interactions were over the phone. Every time I called in, whether it was Lou or Sandra answering, they were both very informative, very friendly, very patient.The shop diagnosed the problem the same day I dropped it off and also recommended various maintenance services, which made sense with the odometer nearing 100k miles. Once I decided to go through with all the quoted work, they provided a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being worked on.Within an hour of picking up the loaner, they informed the vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. Extremely fast service!Unfortunately I wasn’t around to pick up the vehicle so I picked it up the following day early morning before the shop opened using their drop box service. Very smooth very easy, and was able to return the loaner through the same drop box. Drove my car off and it was running brand new, couldn’t believe it. Haha. Very satisfied with the work, the customer service; great experience all aroundNow, the only down side was the cost of labor. That bumped up my total cost more than I would’ve liked, but they do have several financing options, which are very smooth and easy to set up as well. Despite this down side, I still rate it a 5/5 bc of all of the other positives AND because I’d honestly still likely bring my vehicle here for future repairs despite the cost. I’ve had bad experiences with other auto shops in the past that I’d rather bring my car to a reliable honest place like this once I find it. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! This business is the holy grail of auto shops and every auto shop needs to learn a thing or two from the employees and the owner!! From the first call to walking out the door a couple days later with my car fixed was so smooth. Customer service was 100%. So informative through the whole process, so caring about not just the vehicle but their customers and spreading so much knowledge!! I’m a girl and as a female it is not easy finding shops that I trust. Shoot just as a person. But this place right here is where everyone should go! I could not say enough amazing things about this place! The gentleman at the front named Alex I believe was so amazing and understanding and really listened and kept me so informed I absolutely love this place! You’ve got yourself a loyal customer but hopefully I won’t be back unless it’s a new whip getting checked! Lol! I hope they stay for a long while and the service never changes. Paul's Auto Repair is the only place I will take my Audi A3. Everyone who works here is friendly, considerate and they genuinely care about fixing your vehicle right and pleasing their customers. After having them do several repairs in January, my car overheated on Thursday, gushing antifreeze. Not only did they reassure me not to worry about engine damage but they also got it right in and repaired. I am so thankful to Paul's for the level of compassion and professionalism they have shown me! We will take all of our vehicles to them now and in the future.

Just wanted to leave a quick 5 star review for Paul’s. I called them last second to see if they could install a wiring harness for the hitch on my Mazda CX-5 They were able to squeeze me in and get it done at an affordable price. Would recommend them to everyone. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable

Would highly recommend this place. Needed some new A/C hoses made up for a 1993 Dodge pick up and this was the only business willing to make me new ones! And the best part, the price I paid, was a considerable amount less than what was quoted to me!! Couldn’t be happier with it all. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and very professional.

Just wanted to mention how this place is, and Lou in particular in dealing with an issue with my Subaru. They were very patient as I decided whether or not to go forward with an engine replacement. Ultimately I didn't go through with it, but Lou was very understanding and accomodating through the entire process. I sincerely appreciated his help during a stressful few days. I would not hesitate whatsoever to call them with any further issues.

I recommend Paul's as they are very professional and courteous during my recent repair. Cost was what I was told from the jump and they dealt with the warranty company from start to finish. Only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars was it took a bit longer than initially talked about and not sure how I went from a full tank at drop off to 1/4 tank is a little baffling. Other than that, I will use them for all future repairs.

What a great team of professionals!From start to finish... excellence at its BEST. Greeted with a smiles and helpful and friendly faces. Provided me with a ride home and picked up by two friendly gentlemen. They explained the inspection, worked diligently to get me back on the road on time. Brian was outstanding. He demonstrated that he loved his job and the people he works for. Which means allot about the company. Picked up my car and the interior and front lights were clean! Excellent service and very nice and helpful staff. We were passing through and our car didn’t want to take us, it started making very loud noises, smoking, etc. Later we found out that the problem was with the generator, but not only with it. We went into the office and explained that we had another 60 miles to go home and our children were due back from elementary school, but we had just moved to a new city and we didn’t have any friends there. Despite the fact that there were many clients, we were immediately accepted. By the way, before this, we stopped at several other services in the area and there were stone faces there. But the guys at Paul's were very friendly, they saw how nervous we were. Unfortunately, the repairs had to take some time, they honestly warned us about this, because they remembered our children. And do you know what they did then? They just gave us their car so we could get home on time! It was very cool! We managed to get to the children on time! Thank you guys for this! Thank you for the quick and high-quality repair, excellent service, and friendliness! You are amazing!

This was my second time coming to Paul's . My first visit here involved front end work costing over 2k. Honestly I thought it was a bit pricey but I read excellent reviews about this place and took a chance and had them do the work . They did a great job ! I was impressed by the fact that the mechanic wasn't happy with the alignment the had received on my vehicle and brought it back to get it right . They also follow up with text messages to ensure you are satisfied with the work they did . Nobody does that .So my second visit was just an oil change and tire rotation . The mechanic found a small problem with a vacuum hose and also recommended strut and sway bar replacement on the rear end of my vehicle and a couple of filter replacements. After a coupon and a rebate check , the oil change and tire rotation and repaired vacuum line came to $122 . The quote for the other work was $1700. Again I think it's a little pricey. There's no doubt this place has great customer service and they do excellent work they stand behind. I wish they were a little easier on the wallet.

I believe that Paul automotive is one of the best shop in East Hartford ,I have been to others in and around east hartford and the service is not like Paul automotive ,I took my Toyota 2012Rav4 for service for struct and brake issues I made an appointment and when I get there Sandra at the front deck get me into a loaner car and I was out of there in minutes .She call me later to update me about the issues with my brakes ,calipers and Roters . My vehicles felt so different with this new repair Job and there is a 36 months warranty plus discount as a triple A membership.

I just got my car back and it feels brand new again!!! I had a broken control arm that I didn't even know I had until I dropped it off but had felt the shaking for a while when driving it... it was overdue for an oil change and we are traveling with it soon so it needed a transmission fluid flush and it had 3 bad tire pressure sensors... Paul's team worked with me and my warranty service company and not only saved me a TON of money but got everything done in 1 day (dropped off yesterday, ordered parts yesterday, did all the work today, picked up today). They even shuttled me to work from their shop yesterday!!!! I've had so many issues with this car and the dealership I bought it from and didn't feel great about the second dealership I started bringing it to... Paul, Jr. and Sr. and Sarah and Sandra made me feel so welcome and promised to take good care of me and my car, which in turn takes good care of my family and that means more to me than anything else! THANK YOU all so so much for sticking to your promise and taking care of my car and in turn me and my family !!!! I think I found my new mechanic outside of the work my husband can do!!! 😁🚙🔧🪛🔩🧰

I am new to the Paul's but now that I have found him, he will be my only mechanic I have and 81 Oldsmobile Cutlass that I inherited from my parents. I wanted to refurbish this vehicle in their honor. I tried many places, over five years new remanufactured engine and countless other repairs. Nothing worked. All I received for my effort more bills and excuses happy to say after Paul worked on it and straighten out the shoddy work that others had perform the car is running great. If you want an honest and knowledge shop look no farther than Paul's auto.
