I had planned to go to another tire spot I’ve been to before in the area but when I arrived there i found out they were out of business. I passed by Paul’s Auto Repair LLC and pulled in, they welcomed me right away. They were so friendly and kind and offered to take a look at my tire right away. Without an appointment they fixed my tire within a 45 mins or less period. They showed me and explained everything and gave me different options so I could pick the best solution for me. The owner and his son were so awesome and kind. Angel was also cool, I offered him a $10 tip and he refused it and told me to go get my son a special treat like donuts :=)))) great service is hard to find and I will recommend all my family and friends to go here and this will be my go to whenever my car needs servicing.read more

I have had my car serviced at Paul's for several years now and have never had to go back to have anything corrected or redone. The reason I started using Paul's is because the Dealer I bought the car from lied about some expensive repairs that were not needed. I recently bought a used snowblower and needed to replace the carburetor. I tried it on my own but still ran into a problem. A coworker recommended Dan at Paul's Auto Repair. So I called him. He was great to work with! His prices were fair, he treated me well and he talked me through all the things I could do before coming to him. I ended up dropping my snowblower off. Dan gave an accurate timetable for when he could diagnose the problem and then called me back! I asked him to fix the problems and make a few other adjustments and got my snowblower back in a week! I would have posted a review sooner, but I wanted to try it out after the first snow. Wow!!! what a difference. My snowblower worked like a new machine! I am very pleased and have recommended that my friends and family go here for service.read more

The experience I had at this shop was second to none. Very warm environment from the get-go. My car was accurately diagnosed, repairs were completed as promised, and price was exactly what I was quoted. I am new to the Paul's but now that I have found him, he will be my only mechanic I have and 81 Oldsmobile Cutlass that I inherited from my parents. I wanted to refurbish this vehicle in their honor.
